Executive Assistant

Brenner Family of Dealerships is actively seeking an Executive Assistant.  The Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship with company CEO.  Also provides support to organization Executive Leadership team as directed by CEO.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position provides support by keeping daily calendar, answering phones, and making travel arrangements.
  • Excellent written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure a plus.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Should exercise informed judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple important tasks.

  • Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral or response.
  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO and senior management to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
